Hi @SarveshI,
Can you give more details to understand your issue? The custom Workspace - how was it created? You copied from existing one?

Please check this https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-platform-user-interface/page/administer/configurable...
Let me know if this helps.

is this happening for all lists?
Did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do?
It seems you created your own workspace and some configuration is not proper or missed and hence it's behaving this.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

I have the EXACT same problem ! I tried everything, from copying UX Page Properties from one workspace (working) to mine (while still creating the necessary records, like viewRuleConfigId, highlightedValueConfigId, actionConfigId, etc). Even for the Workspace Form View. It's set up, but nothing seems to work ! When you click on the little pencil, it opens on the right side a form you can't even interact with ("This form has not been configured for Workspace. To edit the form, select a different type of record, or contact your administrator.").
The lists are there, but you can't do anything.
Did you manage to find a way to fix that @SarveshI ?
