Comments due to threshold is not getting updated when I run historical job

Hi Everyone,
I have an threshold for number of resolved incidents to "Less that 75". I see the comments are being added to the KPI when breached.
Observed issue:
On June 25 the KPI measured the number of resolved cases in test instance to be 0 (the is not in sync with live). For one of my new testing the case table was imported from live to test and then I ran a historical job, due to which the score was updated to 101.
The KPI still logs the comment and is not updated through job. Is there any other job or process that needs to be to make the comments in sync with the current score?
