Hi,
Can you please help me with the task?
Go to AI Search > AI Search Index > Indexed Sources
Review the default indexed sources
- Confirm/edit Child Tables
- Set a "filter" attribute for each Indexed Source to index only those tables/records you plan to make searchable in one of your search applications
Define new Indexed Sources as needed for your AI Search implementation

Hey @kalakaramad_20
Is this for a OOTB implementation? If so, you often do not need to do anything with AI Search configuration as the OOTB has everything you need, you may simply review the data to be indexed as described in your instruction so you are familiar. If you need to limit what is being searched or add some custom tables/data, then you would need to make changes and I would need more information to better assist you.
Hope this helps!

That sounds great! If you have no customizations to account for then, you shouldn't need to do anything else other than set your AI Search Source on your portal configuration (if not using the OOTB ESC which already has this set) and then you are good to go 🙂
For more information on how AI Search works, there is some great content in Now Learning I would recommend: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/now-platform/ai-search-explore-ai-search-with-a-hands-on-l...
