Configuring ESC, I want to add quick links to create incident, which directs me to a page where I have categories shown like Hardware, software, and others, then in the Hardware - related catalog items, which page should I take when I create ESC quick link?

Quick link:  Create Incident > Categories:Hardware/Software/Others > Hardware:Catalog items
