Capturing Statement of Work

We are currently wanting to put Statement of Work (SOW) information to capture costs by Vendor.  Is this a place in ServiceNow that is capable of capturing this information when a SOW is created for project work?

Which modules are you currently using or planning to use? SPM or S2P?
