Hi Team
Need urgent help. I'm struggling to make a weekly/monthly problem report bcos we don't have a CMDB incorporated in our ServiceNow (Utah) platform. I need a consolidated problems report to include:
- Duration of the Problem ticket
- Last update to the problem ticket
- Priority of the problem ticket
- Ticket opened date and opened by Whom.
- "Related Incidents to the Problem ticket" and "incident converted to problem count"
A Snapshot of the report query (especially in the CONFIGURE report stage) is what I'm looking for, so that I can add all the aforementioned elements into it.
What I would really really love to accomplish is: A Problem Management Dashboard (PA) like this one below:
How do I configure or make this from scratch? This is what I would very much like to have.
I have the "pa_viewer" role on my SN account.
Any assistance would be really appreciated cos I need to get this sorted within 24-48 hours time.
Thanks In Advance
PV

Hi @praveen0078 ,
You can't make anything PA with the PA viewer role - You can see which roles is required here: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/vancouver-now-intelligence/page/use/performance-analytics/r...
Next, As far as I can read from your question, you have not very much knowledge of PA / reports creation in ServiceNow, hence I think you should start here to actually learn what you need to do: https://nowlearning.servicenow.com/lxp/en/pages/now-learning-get-certified?id=amap_detail&summary_id...

Hi AndersBGS
I can add "pa_admin or pa_data_collector role" to my SN user account which will probably enable me to work on PA.
Rightly said, I don't have any knowledge of PA / PA related reports creation in SN... Thanks for sharing the course URL... I will get on with it ASAP and learn about PA.
Much appreciate your help.
Thanks
