Course Material Link for Lab 4.3.1 Has Expired – Unable to Access Content

Hello Community,

I would like to ask for assistance regarding an issue with accessing the course material for the ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals / CSA learning path.

I am currently working on Lab 4.3.1, but the link provided by ServiceNow to access the course material has already expired. Because of this, I am unable to open or retrieve the required content to continue the lab.

Before proceeding further, I would like to check:

1. Is there a way to request a new valid link for the Lab 4.3.1 course material?

2. Does ServiceNow provide an alternative method to access the same content (e.g., via Now Learning, Inkling, or another platform)?

3. Is this a known limitation where lab/course material links expire after a certain period?

Any guidance or steps to resolve this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your support.

It is always recommended to start with latest course material/link given in Servicenow University.

Note:  This on-demand courses utilize a sequential, locked-module structure. You must complete 100% of the current module before the next one unlocks.
