Valued ServiceNow Certified Member,

To preserve the integrity of our certification program, we perform regular audits of our program.

Due to the analysis performed and the generated results from the internal audit of all certification exams taken between January 1, 2025, and January 31, 2025, one or more of your ServiceNow certification(s) has been invalidated.

You are receiving this email as the data forensics from our audit identified that the results of one or more of your ServiceNow Certification exams have been identified as outside of the parameters that ServiceNow deems as acceptable. We take pride in the prestige and integrity of our certification program, and we seek to maintain that. As a result, your score, certification, and any delta exams you have completed for the certifications have been invalidated. Per Section 11.1 of our Candidate Agreement, we reserve the right to not disclose the evidence leading to your exam invalidation.

Furthermore, should you have paid the Certification Maintenance Program (CMP) fee during this period, the fee will not be refunded.

We would like to give you the chance to be a part of our ServiceNow Certified Community. To reattain your certification(s), you will need to pay the $200 USD re-entry fee.

ServiceNow exams are to be taken utilizing only field experience and ServiceNow sanctioned material. Failure to oblige will result in termination from the ServiceNow certification program.
