Custom Widgets Not Working in Financial View (Project Workspace)

Hello Everyone 

Question 1:
I have a requirement to create custom widgets, but they are not appearing in the Widgets list. What could be the issue?

Question 2 : Question 2:
When I add custom widgets inside a parent widget which is OOTB It's works but i am not able to retrieve values from custom  widgets

i have tried different way to get it but not succussed .

1. In Navigator Type  cache.do in the filter navigator  and try again

2 As per this post ,ensure you have done required data binding.
