Customised topic not working for VA

Hi,

I am trying to customize the greeting of virtual agent. It should include the username(customer name).  

I have created the  topic. But when trying to use that topic,  the topic is not appearing in search. Please suggest what I might have missed.

P.S. I am using Zurich Release version.

It is not appearing in the list of setup topics. That is the issue.

since your topic is already active and published, did you test that?

how your VA looks when Conversation is started?

Does it take still the OOTB greeting?

did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login?
