Hello Community,
We have configured Dynamic Translation for ServiceNow email notifications using Microsoft Translation Services, so that emails are automatically translated into the user’s preferred language.
However, we are facing an issue where some terms are not translated correctly. For example, the term “On Hold” is being translated to “On Warte”, which is not the expected translation.
Our client would like certain words or phrases to be translated differently than what is currently returned by the Microsoft translation service.
I wanted to check if it is possible to customize or override specific translated words when using Dynamic Translation in ServiceNow.
Has anyone faced a similar situation or implemented a workaround to control or adjust specific translations?
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Hi @Harshit Singh1 ,
As far as I know, we can’t directly override the translation engine inside Dynamic Translation, but we can add a layer of control either in ServiceNow (post‑processing or localization) or by customizing the translation service itself.
