Default portal redirction to custom portal

Hi Folks ,

We are trying to change the portal redirection which is available as SP , 

1.whenever a User is trying to login without roles Needs to be redirected to Custom Portal called www.testservicenow-com/test  

2.Changing the default check box in the portals menu is not helping to achieve this , Please provide the possible Steps to Achieve this Functionality ASAP

3. If any properties needs to be updated into new please provide the properties details to change the default portal
