Display RITM number field on sc task form

Hi All,

I have one requirement where I need to display RITM number field on SC Task form. 

I was trying to add field by Configure -> form layout , the field was already there but unable to see on SC Task form.

Please help me by providing your answer.

Hi,

Please check if there is any UI policy written on SC_task to hide the RITM field in any specific conditions.

1) from Personalize Form you also enable the field .
