Document Management - No Attachment Icon

Hello,

 

I'm trying to leverage the Document Management functionality (ds_document) but I noticed there is no attachment icon visible on the form of a document record.  See attachment.

How could I do enable attachment on ds_document form ?

Add Attachment Related list in the record of ds_document
