DocuSign Integration

Hello Team,

I am trying to integrate ServiceNow with DocuSign and have followed the steps outlined in the ServiceNow documentation:
ServiceNow Docs - Integrate with DocuSign.

However, I am unable to generate the OAuth token. When I click on the link to retrieve the OAuth token, it does not work as expected.

Could anyone please guide me on why I am unable to generate the token and how I can resolve this issue?

@shashi123 Are you getting any error message while trying to connect? If so, what's the error message?

I am encountering the following error:
The client ID provided is not registered with DocuSign when I click on the "Get OAuth Token" link.

However, when I use the same client ID in Postman, I receive a successful response from DocuSign. I have attached a screenshot for reference.

I have spent a significant amount of time troubleshooting this issue, but I am still unable to resolve it. Your guidance on this matter would be highly appreciated.

@shashi123 That's great to know you have tried the troubleshooting step but still I would like to ask and share few pointers, 

 

- Did you try to regenerate the Integration key and tried to update on the ServiceNow? 

- Ensure Redirect URI used in the OAuth request matches with DocuSign App settings

- Check for any ACLs in ServiceNow (optional incase of non-admins)

Did you try to regenerate the Integration key and tried to update on the ServiceNow? 

==> Yes, I have regenerated the integration key 4–5 times.

Ensure Redirect URI used in the OAuth request matches with DocuSign App settings

==> Yes, my Redirect URI is correct.

As I mentioned earlier, when I use the same client ID in Postman, it works fine. I am not sure what the exact issue is here.
