Hi ServiceNow Community ,
My client in Domain separation instance and I am trying to apply a default filter for the Service Operation Workspace ,Open Incident records . They want to remove the resolved filters from Incident -Open . I am just wondering how I can achieve this without doing changes to the Global domain , Because when I used the UI builder for change the default filters , the list is disappearing for Non admin users .Please help

Hi @rashmidadal ,
You have to add specified role under the M2M applicability in UI Builder, and then the list will be visible for that role.
InstanceName/now/builder/ui/edit/experience/aa881cad73c4301045216238edf6a716/58f8b9a3c3013010965e070e9140dde4/d0f8b9a3c3013010965e070e9140dde0
Instancename/sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list_list.do
