Hi @karuna v ,

If the user is leaving the organization, you can configure a leavers request through a catalog item and give access to either the manager or the HR to raise the request.

The request form can have the user details and then you can trigger tasks to multiple teams to perform their actions like tasks to asset team, AD team, application teams to remove user access. You can also automate role and group removal in ServiceNow using a run script activity in the workflow.
