Dynamic Translation Not Working in Virtual Agent

Hi Everyone,

We have configured Dynamic Translation in Virtual Agent, including:

- Installed the required plugin.

- Enabled Multi-Language Support, Language Detection, and Dynamic Language Translation(In Conversational Interface>Settings>Virtual agent).

- Marked the required language as True.

- Enabled NLU.

- Configured the Dynamic Translation API.

However, dynamic translation is not working in Virtual Agent.

Could someone please share the step-by-step process for how Dynamic Translation works for virtual agent and advise if there are any additional configurations or troubleshooting steps we should check?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Try repairing the plugins and give a try again.
