Users how to delete 'email client template'. any incorrect or duplicate email client templates. without admin role.

Without the admin role, you cannot delete email client templates directly. You’ll need to request assistance from an administrator to delete incorrect or duplicate templates. Alternatively, you can deactivate the templates by setting them to inactive if you have the required permissions.

Hello @Nagoor Basha1 

Have you checked the delete ACL on email client template Table? (sys_email_client_template)

I have just checked OOB ACL on the table, it requires either admin or email_client_template_write role

So if you have email_client_template_write role, you can delete the email templates.

I have already given  email_client_template_write this role. this role is only create template but not posible for delete option.

various other teams also use email client templates like HRSD Developers eam...

Email client template roles are given to manager Email client templates without having to need admin access.

Based on current OOB ACL setup, the users with email client template roles can manage them.
