Email templates showing all after the upgrade to Xanadu - Service Operation Workspace

In washington, only email client templates are showing in the email templates of SOW.

After we upgrade to Xanadu, all of the templates are now visible and the condition set is no longer working.

Is there a way that we can apply this query?

Hello @Michael Aala

Did you verified that your SOW is with updated version, if not please get it updated as for me it works as expected. If its updated version I would suggest open a HI Support ticket for same.

If my response has helped you hit helpful button and if your concern is solved do mark my response as correct.

Thanks & Regards

Hello @Michael Aala

Assuming you have admin role in instance. From menu select Admin->Application Manager.

Then in search box type "Service Operations Workspace" and search under updates section if there is update you will see name appearing there and get it updated to latest version.
