‘Enable Also Requested For’ icon is missing

Hello everyone,

 

I’m currently experiencing an issue with the ‘Also requested for’ functionality.

 

I have a ‘requested_for’ variable on my catalog item, and I’ve enabled the ‘Enable Also Requested For’ option. I referred to the relevant documentation and have reviewed both the UI Policies and Catalog Client Scripts, but I haven’t been able to identify why it’s not working.

 

I’ve tested this across multiple catalog items, but the icon for selecting multiple users never appears.

If anyone has encountered this before or has any suggestions on what I might be missing, I’d greatly appreciate your advice.

Thank you very much for your comment.  I confirmed that the icon is visible on Catalog item.
