Enable Voice command in virtual agent

On the ESC portal, we are using the Virtual Agent widget. Currently, users have to type their query (for example: “Outlook issue”) and then the Virtual Agent shows related catalog items or knowledge articles.

 

I want to know if it is possible to enable voice input instead of typing, so that users can speak (for example: “Outlook issue”) and the Virtual Agent will respond accordingly.

 

Has anyone implemented speech-to-text with Virtual Agent?

If yes, please guide me on how to achieve this.
