virtual agent chat window not avaliable in service portal

Hi Team,

I am working on the ServiceNow Virtual Agent learning task that requires accessing the Password Reset Instructions KB article through the Open Chat Window in the Service Portal.

However, the chat window is not appearing in the bottom-right corner of the Service Portal. I tried opening the Service Portal using /sp, but the Virtual Agent icon is still missing.

Could anyone please help me with:
1. How to verify whether the Virtual Agent plugin is enabled?
2. How to enable or configure the chat widget in the Service Portal?
3. Is there an alternative way to complete and validate this learning task if the chat window is unavailable?
