Change font color to red for caller with a true vip flag on the incident table

Hi Everyone,

I want to change the font color to red for the Caller field only when the VIP flag is true on the Incident table.
In the screenshot below, the only text highlighted in pink should be displayed in red font color.

  • The reference field link must still work (should not be disabled)
  • If this can be done using Field Styles, please suggest that approach first.

Can someone advise the best way to achieve this?

Steps to Configure (Platform UI):
  1. Navigate to System UI > Field Styles.
  2. Click New.
  3. Fill in the following details:
    • Table: incident
    • Field name: caller_id
    • Value: javascript:current.caller_id.vip == true
    • Style: color: red; font-weight: bold;
  4. Click Submit.
