Enhance Chat Experience – Unable to Scroll in Virtual Agent Window After Zooming Beyond 100%

Hi All,

 

We are encountering a user experience issue with the Virtual Agent in our ServiceNow instance. When a user zooms in the browser view to more than 100% (e.g., 110%) and expands the Virtual Agent chatbot, any response that is long and exceeds the visible area causes the chat window to freeze — users are unable to scroll up or down to see earlier messages. At default zoom (100%), everything functions normally.

This issue is impacting accessibility of the chatbot interface, especially for users who rely on increased zoom for visibility.

 

Has anyone else faced this issue or found a workaround? Any help would be appreciated!
