How can I adjust the fields in the Change request template form?

I want to hide specific fields from the change template form for the Normal and Emergency changes so that users cannot select their values.

How can I do?

Based on the post below, it seems that you need to create ACLs for the fields you don't want users to fill in. However, please note that this may also impact the behavior of the change_request form.
