In workplace service Delivery application, I got this after submitting record.
what could be the reason behind it?
Error - Access to api 'put(sys_user.v_campus_case_email)' from scope 'sn_wsd_case' has been refused due to the api's cross-scope access policy.
How to resolve this issue?

You practically copied my answer when your solution was not even in this line. You were looking for scripts. Can you not do all this being a senior in this field ? That's sooo childish, trying every second to keep everything to oneself. You already have a good number of solutions to your name and it's good to continue as well, but don't do this. You trying to pull down everybody else who is also working very hard. And you didn't even mention that I already mentioned this solution. Of course you can continue doing this, but I felt I should put it down hence I wrote.

I missed your earlier reply as the page loads slowly and there are already lot of replies to the thread, we usually don't receive notifications on the main page.
No worries, thanks for sharing the point.

you haven't yet shared these details
are you mapping some field "v_campus_case_email"? this field is on sys_user table, but it's created in which scope?
are you using record producer script to set the target field v_campus_case_email
share the complete script and the details about that field
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.
