We're using the Now Mobile app with a custom configuration in Mobile App Builder. On iPhone, the Home screen header shows the personalized greeting ("Hello User") next to the avatar and search icon, with the navigation tabs at the bottom.
On iPad, the same user and instance show a different layout. A floating nav bar at the top (Home, My Requests, Manager, Favorites) replaces the header, and no greeting appears at all. The Home screen goes straight to the banner image.
is it because of the navbar shows on the top on ipad??
