Error Access to api 'put(sys_user.v_campus_case_email)' from scope 'sn_wsd_case' has been refused

In workplace service Delivery application, I got this after submitting record. 

what could be the reason behind it?

 

Error - Access to api 'put(sys_user.v_campus_case_email)' from scope 'sn_wsd_case' has been refused due to the api's cross-scope access policy.

 

How to resolve this issue?

I checked this now by doing little something on my desktop version mobile - 

And I am seeing that record should be there - in "sys_scope_privilege" table with "Allowed" Status. But before that, must delete everything custom that you made for it. 

Additionally, can you tell me precisely, from where you are calling this and exactly what's being altered? So, I can check in sys_restrcited_caller_success.
