Expert Feedback loop issue

In Expert Feedback loop, I am still getting the landing page where it says

"There isn’t enough data yet

Either we’re still aggregating your users’ data, or you don’t have access to the data on this instance."
 
All roles(ml_labeler,nlu_feedback_admin)  that are associated with Expert Feedback loop are added, the "open_nlu_predict_intent_feedback" table contains 32k record as well.
Still the issue persists.

I'm having the same issue and it seems like since updating to Washington DC, the landing pages for some of the NLU workbench links has changed.
This link doesn't seem to work:
now/nlu-workbench/nlu-expert-feedback-loop/virtual_agent

Try this link instead.. it seems to work in this view for me.
[yourinstance] /now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/%24nlu-workbench.do%23%2Fexpert-feedback-loop

We're on Washington DC Patch 6 and get the same result on both pages:

/now/nlu-workbench/nlu-expert-feedback-loop/virtual_agent

and

/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/%24nlu-workbench.do%23%2Fexpert-feedback-loop

The page mentioned in that article (/$nlu-workbench#/expert-feedback-loop) doesn't work for us either. Has anyone figured this out?

 

Description

The Expert Feedback Loop for VA page sometimes does not load. The menu ribbon renders, but the page is empty.

Release or Environment

Seen in NLU Workbench - Advanced Features versions 7.0.6 and 7.0.10

Resolution

This can be caused by a known problem, PRB1755979.

The workaround is to navigate to the old Expert Feedback Loop page:

<instance_name>.service-now.com/$nlu-workbench#/expert-feedback-loop
