I have two checkboxes as shown in image, based on the selection I need to filter the references in the "Enter Client Name" reference field. For e.g if "G" checkbox is selected the the reference field should show only clients related to "G" and if "US" checkbox is selected then the client should show only US related clients. All this is in a UI Page. Is it possible if the entire code can be written in HTML part only.
