Get file from midserver to our pc

I have a file in the mid server. i just want to get that file in my desktop. Is there a way we can do it?

The windows admin team, who has created this remote host can grant local admin access or enabled this drive mapping ( if org allow such access ).

You must using your corp account for login in this remote host. Check with windows admin team.

The windows team will not give access. they are suggesting to use FTP orSFTP. any idea on how to implement as i am getting no article related to it

What's the business requirement, seems like not just a single file copy/past.

Are you using MID host for any other reason other than MID.

If its just few files, you can upload in your ServiceNow Dev instance in MID host (you can check if that is accessible or not ) and download in the host laptop.
