Getting duplicate message with text input in VA

Hi, I am going crazy because I keep getting a duplicate of the prompt message after the user has entered a text string.

I am using a text input to be able to use the contextual search.

I have created a new topic with only this and it still doesn't seem to work.

It still sent duplicate message.

Please check the intents once, they might be triggering the other response. I was once stuck and I had to retrain all the intents. 

 

Try to shut the NLP response here and go by scripted text response and see.

It seems that the user input from "describe your issue" is empty. Because when I'm trying to prompt the value its empty
