Integrate Teams with now assist

Hi everyone,

We have installed Now Assist and have been using it in Employee Center. We are also using Virtual Agent in Teams.

We now need to configure Now Assist in Teams. However, when testing it, we receive the following message in the chat:

"You don't have the required access to complete this request. Try another request."

Since Virtual Agent in Teams was already installed before Now Assist, we went to Now Assist in Virtual Agent (default) → Channels and selected the available Teams channel.
