Hi All,
I am about to migrate my Helpdesk phone system to Webex Contact Center. I have been working on trying to setup this brand new integration but having challenges and wondering if anyone has successfully set this up that I could work with.
There does not seem to be much documentation online, all I have found is this - Integrate Webex Contact Center with ServiceNow (Version 2-New)
The integration seems great, hoping there are others out there who have had more success than I have, thanks!
Issues I am experiencing right now:
- statuses not syncing between SN and WCC and SN throwing errors
- can't install the update set from the instructions
- and more
