Hi ServiceNow Community,
We have 300+ KB articles that are visible based on a certain user criteria.
We need to call these KB articles from VA conversation topics.
We are aware of a way where we can show the KBAs by hardcoding them in a flow.
Is there any way where we can can show KBAs based on the intent and not by hardcoding them in flow.
As in future the KBAs may increase in count and we want to build a more scalable solution.
Any help woulbe be really Appreciable
