I'm currently developing a catalog form that incorporates variables such as Name (referencing the User table), Department, Work Location, Telephone, and Email. Whenever there's a change in the Name variable, the other variables are automatically populated if the corresponding values exist for the user in the Name variable. Otherwise, users are allowed to manually input values in the Department, Work Location, Telephone, and Email variables.
Additionally, we have a Multi-Row Variable Set (MRVS) with the same variables mentioned above.
Now, there's a checkbox variable on the same form labeled "Self." When a user checks it as true, all the values in the Name, Department, Work Location, Telephone, and Email should be copied to the variables in the MRVS. Conversely, if the user unchecks it, the values should be cleared (i.e., only the row populated when the variable was checked should be deleted). This functionality should operate upon changes in both the Name and Self variables.
