How can we create Problem and Change using Virtual Agent Chat? Is there any Process?

Hello @VIKASM535239375 ,

You can utilize the record action from the components section in the virtual agent designer pane. Use the record action and apply it to the problem & change table. So, that any end user who will be using the virtual agent can be able to create the problem & change request.

Hi can you maybe describe the process more detailed? We also have to build an VA to create normal change requests  (without now assist)

But i dont know what is the best approach.

Do I have to create a topic first, with trigger words, then create a record producer which creates e.g. a normal change request and call this in the VA?

Or what are the sibgle steps to achieve this?
