How do you add user inputs from the Service Portal into records?

Hi All,

I've just created a new table extending the task table for a new record producer and I want to show the user inputs from the frontend form questions in the service portal on each record.

How exactly can I do this?

Hello @CalvinP ,

Once you create record producer for your table.

It will automatically generate user form on portal, and after submitting form record will get created.

You can search your record producer name in portal Or using Category.
