how do you remove the standard option on kb base article templates

It doesnt seem to be under the kb bases article templates so I'm not sure where to remove it from

Can you please help me understand how are you coming to the screen attached in the picture or what process you are following for KB article creation?

this is the self-help knowledge base, on knowledge tab (for knowledge articles) click new

it brings up these options

but the knowledge base only contains these templates:

[H S B]

What you shared is the backend part. I was asking from where you were coming on to the first image which you had attached in the question itself.
