How groups get created by Microsoft Entra ID Spoke in servicenow

When you are using the Microsoft Entra ID Spoke (formerly known as Azure AD spoke) in IntegrationHub, groups can be created by synchronizing or provisioning groups from Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) into ServiceNow.

Yes, but how are they created in ServiceNow—via a script or something else? Currently, groups are not getting created for us. Do we need to do something on the Microsoft Entra side?
