How i can generate a excel report of ticket Additional Information

Hi Guys,
I have a lot of tickets with user Additional Information input of several parameters .
And i want to generate it into excel so i can managed and filter the information .
Is it even possible?

Hi @OM13,
Yes it is possible. What I tried is:
Go to ticket list (example: incident.list).
Add the field (like Description or Additional Information) in the list by Personalize List Columns.
After that, click on list menu → Export → Excel (.xlsx).
Open Excel file and you can filter/manage the values.
Another way is create a Report on the ticket table, add this field, then export report to Excel.
I tested with Description field in my instance and it worked fine. Maybe in your case “Additional Information” is a custom field, but steps are same.

Yes it is possible and very easy process. If you want to export incident data, go to incident table and add fields you want to export to list view and export the records.
