How To add end user name in chat Panel

Hello Team,

I am configuring Agent Chat and need assistance with adding a user name to the chat panel. Can anyone suggest how to include the end user's name in the highlighted panel below?

Hi,

You can update this information in awa_inbox_layout table.

There are cards on the table, find out the card in question and you can add upto 5 fields, You can even dot walk to fields (top table being interaction)
