How to add Fields in the Filter Activity in SOW view for incident

Hi Team, 

 

I need to add the change request field just above the work notes in the Filter Activity in SOW view for incident.

 

How to achieve it.

In sow view for Incident

I need to add one more field as a change request in the Filter Activity.

If you want to add new field in Activities filter then simply navigate to native record

Open the correct form view and then click on Configure fields once you click the funnel icon

Then add your field from left to right

in Native view i am able to add , but for SOW view am not getting a Filter activity to add.
