How to change the message in virtual agent live chat

Hello,

I wanted to change the waiting message appear when end user is waiting to get the Agent assigned to them.

I have attached the screenshot ( highlighted in yellow), I want to change the text.

Thank you, help would really be appreciated.

Can you please share the screenshot.

You can modifiy the message by navigating to that Topic in virtual agent designer and change it.

Please find the below screenshot

Can you try this below

System UI>Messages and find one with the text "approximately". The key is "Your approximate wait time is".
