How to Change the tooltip (Close chat) name in Virtual Agent

search sys_ui_message for “Close Chat” and update the message text to what you want. That way, the tooltip will reflect your custom label everywhere it’s used.

I wouldn't be sure about this approach for this change... the message has the full stop (.):

So it'll be somewhere else, as the messages must be called exactly what's in the key value..
