HOW TO CONFIGURE INBOUND EMAIL ACTIONS FOR GERMAN LANGUAGE

Hi 

I have a requirement if i receive a email with forward type in german language. A record need to created in target table.

I have added email properties also as per german language. I also need to update the ticket description field with the whole content in email. Please guide me to solve this.
