How to configure notification for Survey interaction

Hi Team,
I am trying to create a notification for survey interaction.
i have created the survey for interaction ,and now am trying to configure notification for survey in trigger \am unable to fine how to tag interaction table name,i have followed OOB Incident survey.but am unable to get interaction table name in task.type field.

Please help me how to configure.

Hi Tanusree,

 

I want to configure new custom notification condition, how to tag interaction table in notification for assessment in  survey in when to condition.am unable to tag interaction via dot walk-in. How to do that.
