How to create a Word Cloud Dashboard from ts_query_kb table ? (Reposted)

Good morning.
I have a requirement to create a dashboard. The dashboard will be on Knowledge Searches ( ts_query_kb ) table, which captures all the most searched words from Service Portal, tables, short description, everywhere, along with the repeat count. Screenshot below.
So, in the search bar below, if you type any word, it will show the word along with how many times, it got repeated... Meaning, the word will come on dashboard and when we hover on the dashboard, it will show more details. The data shown should be monthly wise. You can see below (16k searches made it Aug 2024)
Please help. This is a very unique requirement. 

Below is how the report  data will have on different tables,.... just as an example/reference... please neglect. I just want the above dashboard.
