How to create Mean time to resolve report for Incident table without Performance Analytics.

Can someone please guide me step by step on how to create it without using PA ?

You can create a metrics. Use metrics to calculate the mean time.

Or you can create a new field on incident and use opened and resolved field to do the calculations.

 how would you calculate mean time? not to think that we talk about average, as average and mean is too different things.
